To make the hand soap solution, simply add 10 fluid ounces of warm tap water into a clean foaming soap bottle. Snip open pack and empty contents into bottle. Replace the bottle's pump dispenser. Shake gently, and wait about 5 minutes for the powder to dissolve. Natural settling may occur — shake gently before use.
